Description
Early morning sunrise on Lake Huron, taken from the beach at Camp Mackinaw in Mackinaw City, Michigan. I walked to the lake before sunrise from our campsite across the road. The only movement that morning were the birds. A lone heron was perched on a rock in the middle of the water watching the sun rise and a few gulls flew in to keep us company. The water was as smooth as glass and I captured some beautiful golden yellow and orange images with the birds in silhouette.
